Keys and Doors

The tenants of Domus Academica get their key from HOAS key service. The keys must be returned to the key service when terminating the tenancy.

If the key is lost and the lock must be changed the tenant is liable to pay the expenses. If needed, the maintenance company opens the door for an extra charge.

Opening hours of the Outer Doors, Corridors and Lifts
The outer doors are always locked; entrance with a key or the intercom. The tenants of House C and D use the main door of House B to enter the saunas and laundry room in the basement.

The lifts are closed from 10 PM untill 7 AM. All doors leading to corridors are always locked for safety reasons.
