1 §

The tenant can not even temporarily hand over the right of tenancy or hand the keys to another person. It is forbidden to entertain or accommodate guests if it disturbs other tenants.

2 §

It is forbidden to let others than one's own guests into the building.

3 §

Bicycles are to be kept in the bicycle storage.

4 §

It is forbidden to hang paintings or posters outside the designated boards,laths and fillets.

5 §

It is forbidden to keep any pets in the room, excluding aquarium.

6 §

Smoking is not allowed indoors.

7 §

The tenant must avoid making noise in the stairwells, corridors and common rooms and maintain silence from 11 PM to 6 AM.

8 §

The tenant must take good care of the room and its furnishing.

9§

The tenant must notify the maintenance company immediately of the all the defects in the room, its furnishing, heating and water pipes, electric wires etc.

10 §

The tenant must pay for all damage caused to the property and furnishing by the tenant or a person let in by the tenant.

11 §

The tenant must remove all her/his belongings when moving out.

12 §

The tenant must follow all the rules and regulations that may be given by the landlord at a later date.
