Shared kitchens
The shared kitchen on the 6th floor is open. The tenants must clean up after using the kitchen.

Garbage disposal & recycling
An Eco-centre for recycling mixed and bio waste, paper, cardboards, metal and glass is located on the yard behind house B.

Laundry room in house B
The laundry room in house B is at the tenants disposal from 8 AM to 10 PM. The laundry is equipped with washing machines and spin-dryers. The tenants have also a drying room and a mangle at their disposal. The tenants of house B can enter the facilites with the apartment key. The tenants of houses C and D use the main door of house B and they are given a special key for entering.

Saunas
Two saunas and a pool are situated in the basement of house B. There are free sauna hours for the tenants.

Gym in the house B
A free gym for the tenants is located in the basement of the house B. The equipment is purchased with the tenement funds and the tenants are responsible for keeping the equipment in order and the gym clean. Entry with the apartment key.

Bicycle shed
The bicycle shed is situated in the end of the house B. Entry with the apartment key.

Alhalla recreation room in house C
Alhalla is the tenant's recreation room situated in the basement of house C. The room is available for get-togethers and leisure activities. The room should be empty by 10 PM. Each user of the room is responsible for tidying the place up after use.

A piano makes Alhalla a perfect place for music practices. Alhalla reservations can be made through the members of the tenant committee. To contact a member see the notice boards on ground floors.
