Domus Academica offers bed-sitters, shared and family apartments for approx. 300 students. House B was renovated in 2000 and house C in 2004.

The tenants have common facilities including saunas, a laundry room, a gym and a recreation room at their disposal. In addition the apartments in houses B and C are connected to the computer network of the University of Helsinki with fixed Internet-connections.

Ida Aalbergintie 1 student dormitory in Pohjois-Haaga, built in 1971. 25% of the dormitory is owned by HYY Real Estate. There are 31 shared apartments and 9 family apartments. The dormitory was renovated in 2000.

Ida Aalbergintie 1-property is managed and maintained by Hämäläisten ylioppilassäätiö.
